For almost a century, dairy expertise and technology have shaped what we do in Hartberg. Today, our strategy takes us one step further: from creating premium milk & whey ingredients to working even more closely with our customers on what those ingredients can become.
We wanted to give that ambition a place of its own.

PROnova is our Innovation Center and the connection point between the efficiency and precision of our production and the innovation we want to bring into tomorrow’s finished products.
At the heart of PROnova is our Customer Lab — a space designed for application development, experimentation and, above all, collaboration.
Here, our Research & Development team works with Prolactal ingredients to develop prototypes, test applications, challenge formulations and explore new possibilities.
An idea can become a prototype.
