When we unveiled the new Prolactal, we introduced more than a new visual identity. We imagined a Future Universe inspired by innovation, healthier opportunities and the future of dairy nutrition. A universe where every planet represents a nutritional world, we help shape through science and innovation – from Infant Nutrition and Sport Nutrition to Senior Nutrition- while the moon embracing the P in our logo serves as a symbol of guidance, leading us towards new possibilities and a healthier future. This vision came to life on www.prolactal.com, becoming a reflection of who we are today and of the future we are building together.

As our story continued to unfold, we asked ourselves a simple question:

Every day, millions of liters of milk make their way to Prolactal by truck from across Europe. Here, nature, science and innovation come together to create healthier opportunities. It felt only natural that this journey should end on a road that truly reflects our identity.

Few names could be more meaningful.
Milchstraße literally means Milk Street, honoring our roots and the journey that begins with milk every single day. But in German, Milchstraße is also the Milky Way – the very universe that inspired our new brand identity.
In that moment, our story came full circle. Our universe. Our purpose. Our address. They became one. This is what happens when storytelling becomes reality. Our brand becomes more than a logo or a promise. It becomes a place where ideas take shape, partnerships grow, and innovation creates simply healthier opportunities for the future.
From now on, anyone who wants to see the Milky Way will soon need neither a telescope nor a rocket. A trip to Hartberg will be enough. We look forward to welcoming you to Milchstraße 1.
