ICL ACQUIRES PROLACTAL AND ROVITA

In January 2015 ICL Food Specialties acquired Prolactal and its subsidiary Rovita.
By adding natural proteins from Prolactal/Rovita’s portfolio ICL Food Specialties expands its competence for product solutions for improving texture and stability of food products. The integration into Food Specialties generates potential for innovating unique product solutions and for developing novel technologies for obtaining high performance proteins from natural resources. ICL’s financial strength and a global sales network pave the ground for accelerated growth in new markets.
